I put in the wrong password (my bad) but the screen it took to me to give me options for resetting it or contacting customer service didn’t have a back button or a way to get back to the log in screen so I had to delete it and reinstall it once I changed my password on my computer. The mobile website for this site doesn’t work well on the phone, so that’s not even a decent alternative. Why would you *ever* put something distracting like that in a study app? Clearly they’re not thinking at all about the users. It’s extremely distracting and has the look of an advertisement. Update: I don’t know if the app was updated, but for whatever reason, the title at the top of the app stops and scrolls, stops and scrolls.over and over again, when I’m doing questions. Bottom line: by all means, give it a try, but don’t expect much. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered (beyond incompetent, which is why I wouldn’t bother troubleshooting the aforementioned issues with them), and nearly everything they make (app, eText, etc.) only aspires to be sub-par in its most lofty dreams. Who knows how they convince schools to use them for resources. Other than that transient usefulness, this is just another example of how awful Pearson is. When it works, it can be long-winded in feedback but is pretty decent for studying. It refuses to download any modules for offline use even though there is more than one download button and a storage space setting under the settings.
